Project Management Software
Project Management Software by NT Digital leverages the latest technologies available. Business process automation taking advantage of the internet to give business stake holders a toll that assigns projects to people using an internet based interface. A project is assigned to a project owner; project team members can be included. All participants are given an email to notify them that a project has been assigned or generated. Each time the project is updated an email notification including the updated content is sent to all project members.
One of the most compelling parts of the software is the way that priority is given on projects. Because a user can have multiple projects or tasks, each one has a priority level that is clear so when a project member is waiting for the next step on a project they know what the next thing they can work on is.
- Project Name
The project name should be clear. When choosing a name it should be relevant to the description of the project and be familiar to those involved. When working on a customer based project the customer is a good resource for the project name so people from that organization are familiar with the name when referenced.
- Project Description
Project description is a clear description of the project and project objectives.
- Priority
The system is set up so projects are scheduled by the user to accomplish them in order of importance. Because priority projects come up the system to give the project generator a vehicle to let the user know that a project takes precedence and should be done first.
- Time Line
All projects have a start date and a completion date
- Content location
A link or location of relevant content to the project.
- Notes
More information about or describing the project.
- Next Step
Specific information so all involved know what the next steps are.
- Percent complete
Let’s all know how close to completion the project is.
- Project history
Every time a project is updated the resulting content is available in the project history.
